This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Async Solo LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as SSJ. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
👋 Hey there! Thanks for checking out our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We know these pages aren’t exactly beach reading, but we’ve tried to make this as straightforward and friendly as possible. If you have questions, just reach out – we’re real humans who actually respond to emails!
Privacy Policy
The Short Version
We collect information to help you automate your business processes and make your life easier. We don’t sell your data to sketchy third parties, we don’t spam you with cat videos (unless you specifically request automation for that), and we only use your information to provide the services you’ve asked for. If that sounds reasonable, read on for the details!
What Information We Collect
Information You Give Us Directly
- Contact Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and business details. (Pretty obvious – we need to know who you are and how to reach you!)
- Account Information: Username, password, and profile information when you create an account with us.
- Business Information: Details about your business processes, workflows, and automation needs. (Kind of hard to automate your business without knowing what your business does!)
- Payment Information: Billing details and payment method information processed through secure third-party payment processors.
- Communication Data: Messages, emails, and other communications between you and our team.
Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage Data: How you interact with our website, services, and automations. (This helps us make things work better – nobody likes broken automation!)
- Device Information: Your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and analyze website performance.
Automation Platform Environments
We frequently build and maintain automations using platforms like n8n, Make.com, and Zapier (“automation platform”, “automation platforms”). Here’s the deal with data in these environments:
- Your Environment, Your Data: When we work in your own automation platform account, we don’t collect or store any of your business data in our systems. (We’re just the mechanics working on your car – we don’t take your car home with us!)
- Our SaaS Environment: When your automations run in our managed automation environments, we follow all security guidelines prescribed by these platforms, but your business data still flows through these systems, not ours. Think of us as the maintenance team of the building where your automation lives – we maintain the infrastructure, but we’re not rifling through your filing cabinets!
- Platform Security:Â These automation platforms have their own robust security measures and data handling practices. We rely on and comply with their security standards.
Bottom line: Whether we’re working in your automation environment or ours, we’re not in the business of collecting or storing your business data – we’re in the business of making your processes run smoothly!
Third-Party Platform Data
When you connect your LinkedIn, Facebook, or other business platforms to our automation services, we access and process data from these platforms as authorized by you. This includes:
- Profile information and business page data
- Connection and follower information
- Content and engagement metrics
- Advertising and campaign data
Note: We only access what you specifically authorize and what’s necessary to provide your requested automation services.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide Our Services: Build, deploy, and maintain your custom automations (this is literally why you’re here!)
- Improve Our Platform: Analyze usage patterns to make our services better and more reliable
- Communicate With You: Send service updates, respond to support requests, and share relevant business insights
- Process Payments: Handle billing and subscription management through our payment processing partner, Stripe. Note: We don’t actually store or have full access to any payment information.
- Ensure Security: Protect against fraud, unauthorized access, and other security threats
- Comply With Legal Requirements: Meet our legal obligations and protect our rights
How We Share Your Information
We don’t sell your personal information. Period. Here’s when we might share it:
- Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our business (payment processors, hosting providers, etc.)
- Automation Platforms:Â With n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and similar platforms as necessary to build and maintain your automations
- Platform Integration: With platforms you’ve connected (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) as necessary to provide automation services
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (but your privacy rights remain protected)
Data Security
We take security seriously and use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security (nobody can, despite what they might claim!).
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, update, or delete your personal information
- Restrict or object to certain processing activities
- Data portability (receive your data in a portable format)
- Withdraw consent for processing based on consent
To exercise these rights, just contact us – we’re happy to help!
International Data Transfers
While our operations are based in the US and all work on your automation projects is performed out of the US, our services may (but unlikely) involve transferring your data internationally. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information during these transfers, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy above. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described.
Termination
Either party can terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you’ll retain access to your data for a reasonable period to facilitate transition.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We’ll notify you of significant changes and post the updated version on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be resolved in Texas courts. Yet we hope it never comes to that, we’re talking about automations here. 😄
